How much does a Providence charter bus rental cost?

What information do you need to give me a quote?

Can I wrap my Providence bus rental?

Absolutely! Many of our transportation partners allow you to wrap the bus for an additional fee.

Do I need to tip my charter bus driver?

Tipping your charter bus driver is strongly recommended as a way to thank your driver for a job well done, but is not required. If you would like to tip your driver, a cash tip between 5-10% of the total cost of your bus rental is a traditional tip amount for charter bus drivers.  

Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

Yes, many of our transportation partners allow passengers 21 and older to consume alcohol onboard. Please let your rental agent know if you plan to drink while onboard so we can match you with an appropriate provider. Don’t forget to clean up after your group and dispose of any trash or bottles, as there is a $250 cleaning fee if you leave behind a mess. 

I have a CDL, can I drive the bus?

No. For everyone’s safety and convenience, the services of a professional charter bus driver are included in each Providence bus rental. Each charter bus driver in our network has a CDL with the coveted Passenger Endorsement as well as a clean driving record and background check, so you can relax and enjoy the ride knowing everyone is in safe hands.
